Terms and conditions

Welcome to 360 Hackz E-shop! The terms and conditions for purchasing a product or service from us are;

1. You have to live in the USA.
   
2. You understand that if anything is damaged during the shipping process (either when you are shipping it to us or when we are shipping it back) we are not responsible for any damage.
3. If we do damage your console and or controller we will replace what we damaged but there may be a time period that you will have to wait before we do  purchase and install what we damaged and this period will not exceed 5 months, if  it  was something small like the ROL than there shouldn't be a big waiting period but if we would have to replace the entire console than the time would be much longer.
4. If you decide not to have your console and or controller modded than you must notify us before we start. Also we will send you an email when your console(s) and or controller(s) arrive and another a day before we start modding, when you get that second email you have 12 hours to notify us that you don't want to have your console(s) and or controller(s) modded if you don't respond than we will begin modding.
5. You have the choice between UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service) but you will have to put the shipping money in with the item you shipped so we can send it back.  If you don't do this than whatever you shipped will be kept in storage until we get shipping money.
6. You understand that no one on our team is above 18 years old we are a group of friends that like to mod xbox 360s and we decided that we would help people who can't.  
7. You understand that everything we do will void the warrenty on anything we mod this is because we have to open the case on anything we mod including xbox 360 and controller.
8. The flashing service we provide may lead to your xbox 360 getting banned from xbox live. We do flash the drive with the latest hacked firmware but new firmware comes out eventualy so we can't ensure that you will be completely undectected by xbox live.
